Lewis Hamilton spent the final days of his summer break on a yacht, continuing his training ahead of the Dutch Grand Prix.Judging by his recent social media post, the pause was much needed:
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to rest and recharge.I’ve been reflecting a lot.Each of us faces challenges both personally and on a broader level. It’s important to care for ourselves in order to better care for others. We must keep moving forward, even when it’s difficult.”
