Charles Leclerc finished third at the United States Grand Prix, claiming his sixth podium of the season. Following a fan vote, he was also named Driver of the Day.
The Ferrari driver opted for soft tyres, which allowed him to overtake Lando Norris at the start and hold second place for most of the race. Although the Briton eventually reclaimed the position in the closing stages,
Leclerc was satisfied with the outcome:
“The choice of soft tyres proved to be the right one I managed to get a strong start and maintain a solid pace. After a difficult first practice session and gearbox issues, this podium feels especially rewarding. The battle with Lando was fair and exciting, and I really enjoyed the race.”
