Lando Norris Rejects F1 Rivals and Commits His Future to McLaren Until 2030

Lando Norris has revealed that other Formula 1 teams have expressed interest in signing him, but the reigning world champion has made it clear that his future remains with McLaren.Norris confirmed his new contract during McLaren’s Open Day at the team’s Technology Centre in Woking. The agreement will keep the British driver with McLaren until at least 2030, with an option to extend the partnership further.The contract negotiations began more than four months ago and were conducted privately, with both sides taking a calm approach throughout the process. Despite approaches from rival teams, Norris said he never seriously considered leaving McLaren.The 26-year-old has spent his entire Formula 1 career with McLaren and has developed a strong relationship with the team. He believes the trust built over the years will remain an important foundation as they continue their pursuit of further success.McLaren has endured a difficult start to the current season, but Norris remains confident in the team’s ability to recover. The reigning champion believes the squad has the necessary strength and potential to overcome its challenges and return to the front of the Formula 1 field.
