Lando Norris Launches His Own Junior Racing Team to Find F1’s Next Stars

Formula 1 world champion Lando Norris is stepping into a new role in motorsport, launching his own junior racing team and a driver development programme aimed at helping young talent reach the top of the sport.Norris has joined forces with Fusion Motorsport and an investment group led by Dan Richards to create LN4 Fusion. The team will be based in Veneto, Italy, with former Prema boss Rene Rosin overseeing its European racing operations and ex-Prema technical director Guillaume Capietto taking on the role of racing director.LN4 Fusion is set to enter the Italian and European Formula 4 championships from 2027, before moving into Formula 3 and targeting a future place on the Formula 2 grid.The project will also include LN4 Legacy, a fully funded development programme for selected young drivers. Participants will receive financial backing as well as professional coaching and a comprehensive programme designed to prepare them for the demands of top-level motorsport.Norris believes the pathway to Formula 1 involves far more than raw speed and talent. Drawing on his own experience, the McLaren driver wants to provide young racers with the support, guidance and opportunities needed to progress through the junior categories.With LN4 Fusion and LN4 Legacy, Norris is looking beyond his own F1 career and aiming to play a direct role in shaping the next generation of motorsport talent.
