Lando Norris, who secured the Formula 1 title with a narrow two-point advantage over Max Verstappen, has received a special honor in his home region.
In Somerset, a pedestrian street named Lando Lane has appeared in the Clark’s Village shopping center not far from the school where the future champion first began his karting journey.
According to center director Chris Davis, Norris is a true local icon, and renaming the street is their way of celebrating his historic achievement.
