McLaren Racing has announced a multi-year partnership with Etihad Airways. The carrier will become an official partner of the team in Formula One as well as in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
Starting next season, the Etihad logo will appear on the rear wing of the MCL40, as well as on the Halo and the drivers’ helmets. In return, McLaren branding will be featured on one of the airline’s flagship aircraft, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Team CEO Zak Brown noted that partnering with a global airline that shares the team’s commitment to excellence and premium service naturally complements McLaren’s ambitions on the world stage.
